Kona Beach is a traveler's hostel. Guests must present a valid form of ID and proof of arrival to the island and departure from the island. If you do not have proof of onward travel from the island you may not stay.
- Is there a fee for single-night reservations?
Yes. $8 cleaning fee for dorms and $20 cleaning fee for private rooms.
- Check-in and check-out times?
Check-in starts at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
- Can I request a late check-out?
We understand the need for a late check-out and as a special consideration for our guests we allow them to stay in the facilities upon request, but not in the room. There is a $20 half day charge for luggage storage, after checkout. Many beaches have shower facilities.
- What happens if my arrival flight lands late at night?
Please text or email to arrange a late check-in. Please find alternative accommodations if you plan to arrive after 11:30pm.
- Group cancellation policy?
Group reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking. Cleaning fee for groups is $250+tax
