Our office hours are 8:30am – 9:00pm. Please notify us if you plan to arrive after 9:00pm.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your reservation, you will be charged for the first night plus tax. All cancellations are subject to a $20 cancellation fee.

Special Cancellation Policy

 For bookings during holidays likeThanksgiving week, Christmas and New Years week, reservations are non-refundable. 

Ironman World Championship

All reservations during the week of the Ironman Triathlon are non-refundable. The full balance will be collected upon booking. Private rooms are subject to a 7 night minimum and dorms are subject to 5 night minimumduring this time. Applicable 2023 dates are October 1-15.

Additional Fees

Single night cleaning fee - $9.43 for dormitory and $23.64 for private rooms. $10 parking fee. Luggage storage - $20 for a half day. $23.64 cancellation fee. Late check-in - $23.64 for arrival after 9:30pm. Please email us in advance if you plan to arrive late.

Age Restriction

We accept guests 18-65 years of age. We do not allow children.
